By downloading, installing, or using LUPO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LUPO is professional software developed and maintained by Flair Technologies Ltd ("Flair Technologies", "we", "us", or "our").

The Service provides real-time AI assistance and related productivity tools for professional use.

3. Licence of Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without our written permission.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use LUPO in violation of any applicable law;

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment through our authorised billing provider.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time via your account or by contacting support before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in LUPO—including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks—belong to Flair Technologies Ltd.

You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

LUPO may integrate with third-party services to provide core functionality.

We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or practices of any third-party services you access through LUPO.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using LUPO, you consent to such processing.

10. Termination

You may stop using LUPO at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms or if continued service becomes commercially or legally impractical.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you end immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flair Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of LUPO.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

12. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantee that LUPO will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary.

Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
