Forward Deployed Engineer
You'll own customer implementations end to end: configuring LUPO's qualification policies to each customer's sales criteria, wiring HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack integrations, and shipping improvements back into the core product from what you learn in the field. You'll work directly with sales leaders at customer companies.

Founding Engineer (Full-Stack, AI Systems)
You'll build the agentic core: multi-channel lead engagement across web form, email, chat, and phone, the qualification policy engine, enrichment pipelines, and the audit and observability layer that lets enterprises trust an AI with their pipeline. Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Inngest, LLM orchestration.
Requirements
- You've shipped production systems solo or in small teams
- You treat AI tools as leverage, not novelty

You'll run inbound-sourced and outbound pipeline end to end: discovery through pilot close, selling to VP Sales, CROs, RevOps, and marketing leaders at B2B companies. You'll use LUPO itself as your inbound engine: you're selling the thing that qualifies your own leads.
