Pricing

Every real buyer routed.
Every time-waster filtered.

One brain across web form, email, chat, and phone. Capture to booked meeting, fully automated.

26/84
What reaches your reps in a typical week: 26 real buyers out of 84 inbound. The other 58 are handled, not dropped: vendor pitches filtered, support routed to the right team, wrong-fit closed out politely, low-intent nurtured. And every qualified lead gets a first touch in under a minute. Speed compounds it: respond within 5 minutes and you are 21× more likely to qualify than at 30. Oldroyd, McElheran & Elkington, Harvard Business Review, 2011. Lead counts are an illustrative sample week.

Common questions

Why don't you publish a sticker price?

The right number depends on inbound volume, channels covered, and which integrations matter to you. We scope it with you and agree it upfront, with the success metric written into the contract. No hidden tiers, no usage surprises.

How does LUPO follow up with leads?

Email first. A senior buyer who fills out a demo form gets a personal email with a booking link in minutes, from your own domain. LUPO answers inbound calls live and continues chat conversations in chat, but it only places an outbound call when the lead has explicitly asked for one. Channel-aware by design.

Is this an AI receptionist or an AI SDR?

LUPO is the AI inbound SDR. Voice-only AI receptionists handle the phone and stop there. Most AI SDRs do outbound. LUPO runs the inbound side end to end: it captures every lead across web form, email, chat, and phone, qualifies it, and routes real buyers into your existing tools. One shared brain across every channel.

How long until it's set up?

Plan for two to four weeks to fully live, depending on scope. Routing rules, CRM integration, calendar handoffs, escalation thresholds, and qualification criteria are all configured against your real inbound before launch. We cover every inbound channel; you switch on the ones your business uses. Most pilots start in review mode, with you checking every decision, then move to autonomous as your confidence grows.

What happens if LUPO doesn't hit the success metric?

The pilot ends. No conversion to an annual contract, no upsell pressure. Before kickoff we agree on one measurable metric tied to your funnel and write it into the pilot contract. Examples we've used: "sub-2-minute response on every inbound during business hours", "N qualified meetings booked per week", or "X% of vendor pitches correctly filtered before a rep sees them". You know what success means before signing, no surprises at month one.

What about security and compliance?

Encryption in transit and controlled access to customer data. Conversations are never used to train external AI models. A signed Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

Is Project River included in this plan?

No. Project River, our freemail identity engine, is a standalone product with its own pilot. It names the company behind personal-email signups, with the evidence attached. If unmasking freemail signups is the problem you came here for, see Project River, or raise it on the call and we scope both together.

Hear it handle your inbound, live.

Talk to the agent, see what it would do with your leads, decide if it's worth piloting.
