Common questions
Why don't you publish a sticker price?
The right number depends on inbound volume, channels covered, and which integrations matter to you. Pricing per pilot is honest about that, it's how every early-stage SaaS in this space starts. Once we have density in each segment we'll publish self-serve pricing.
Will LUPO annoy senior buyers with a robot call?
No. LUPO is channel-aware. A senior B2B buyer who fills out a demo form receives a personal email with a booking link, not an unexpected outbound call. Phone callbacks fire only on consumer forms, inbound calls, or chats where the visitor has explicitly asked to be called.
Is this an AI receptionist or an AI SDR?
Neither in isolation. LUPO is the qualification layer that captures every inbound across all four channels and routes the qualified ones into your existing tools. Voice-only AI receptionists handle the phone and stop there. Email-only AI SDRs do outbound. LUPO does inbound across phone, email, web form, and chat, one shared brain.
How long until it's set up?
Pilots go live within two weeks of the first call. Routing rules across reps, CRM integration, calendar handoffs, escalation thresholds, and qualification criteria are all configured against your real inbound before anything goes live.
What happens if LUPO doesn't hit the success metric?
The pilot ends. No conversion to an annual contract, no upsell pressure. Before kickoff we agree on one measurable metric tied to your funnel and write it into the pilot contract. Examples we've used: "sub-2-minute response on every inbound during business hours", "N qualified meetings booked per week", or "X% of vendor pitches correctly filtered before a rep sees them". You know what success means before signing, no surprises at month one.
What about security and compliance?
Encryption in transit and controlled access to customer data. Conversations are never used to train external AI models. A signed Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Formal SOC 2 / HIPAA attestations will be sought as the product matures and design partners require them.
